To run any association monetary fuel is required. Team MAA strated collecting membership fee from the last two out going batches. When we thought of the process, some students of 2004-2008 batch already taken their final certificates, so got the chance of collecting an amount of Rs100 per head from nearly 70%.
From 2005-2009 batch, we collected an amount of Rs100 per head in advance of their final exam, which we want to continue for the upcoming batches.
This amount will be used to run the association.
There is even a bigger challange... brilliant students with poor financial background....
Team MAA requests its members to make a donation to support this noble cause.
In 2008 we had a reunion in college which was sponsored by the college authorities. For future reunions, Team requests its members to come up with suggestions to meet the expenses.
Team MAA is in discussions with the college CANARA bank regarding an international account through which global donations can be accepted, which will be finalised very soon.
Even we are planning to keep the balance sheet in this section by which all the members can have a transparaent view of all the financial transactions.
Apart from monetary donations, Team MAA requests its members to donate books, journals, and any other material which would be useful for current students.
